1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made through this webshop (“the Website”). By placing

laws, regulations, and laboratory safety standards.
– Products may not be repackaged, relabeled, or resold for use in food, pharmaceuticals,
cosmetics, or medical applications.
– Any misuse of products is strictly prohibited, and the seller bears no liability for damages resulting
from misuse.

4. Orders & Payment
– Payment is accepted via approved payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer).
– Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully received.
– The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if the intended use appears to violate

5. Shipping & Delivery

– Products are classified as non-hazardous, non-flammable laboratory reagents under EU transport
regulations.
– Risk of loss or damage during transport transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the courier.

6. Returns & Refunds
– Due to the nature of laboratory reagents, returns are only accepted if products arrive damaged,
defective, or incorrect.
– Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
– Refunds or replacements will be issued at the seller’s discretion.

7. Liability
– The seller accepts no responsibility for misuse, improper storage, or handling of products.
– The buyer assumes full liability for the safe and lawful use of products after delivery.
– Under no circumstances shall the seller be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages.

8. Compliance & Indemnification
– By purchasing, the buyer confirms they are authorized and qualified to handle laboratory reagents.
– The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the seller from any claims, damages, or losses
arising from misuse or unlawful use of products.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia / EU law. Any disputes shall be
resolved in the courts of Estonia.
