Refund and Returns Policy
1. No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our products (laboratory reagents and sterile solutions), we do not accept
returns or provide refunds once an order has been shipped.
2. Exceptions (Required by Law)
Refunds or replacements will only be issued in the following cases:
– The product arrives damaged or leaking
– The wrong product was shipped by mistake
– The product is proven to be defective or non-conforming at the time of delivery
3. Reporting an Issue
– All claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
– Claims must include order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the
issue.
– After verification, we will provide either a replacement shipment or a refund (at our discretion).
4. Final Sale
– All products are sold as final sale and may not be returned for reasons of change of mind, ordering
error, or any use outside of the intended purpose (research use only – not for human or veterinary
use).
